Midway FFA Scholarship (See Application Below)

Midway FFA Scholarship Eligibility Requirements:

Applicants must have a cumulative grade point average of 2.5 or better (including multiplier) through the first semester of their senior year.

Applicant must be a graduating senior of Midway High School.

Student must have a parent, grandparent or guardian who was a member of MHS FFA Booster Club by November 20, 2015.

A completed application must be delivered to the counselor’s office by April 28, 2017 at 4:00.

Recommendation forms from an FFA faculty member must be completed and delivered to the counselor’s office by, April 28, 2017 at 4:00. It is the student’s responsibility to furnish forms to faculty members.

Awards may be used for the purpose of tuition, room/board, books and mandatory fees at any university, college, business or vocational school approved by its state-accrediting agency.

All awards will be paid directly to a qualified institution as described above.

Awards not used by December 31, 2017 will be forfeited.

All applications must be submitted with a wallet size picture. Applicants should be pictured in official dress.

Only typed applications will be accepted.

The Midway FFA Booster Club Scholarship will be announced at the Banquet on May 18, 2017.
