Depart: Monday morning 7/9 (time TBD) Return: Friday afternoon 7/13 (time TBD) Daily convention schedule available on Texas FFA website- www.texasffa.org Cost: Included in $150 paid with application: Convention registration Contest/Award registration (if participating/receiving) Dance Concert Tues/Wed/Thurs lunches Hotel Transportation Escape Room Additional money to bring: Meals $100+ (breakfast not provided at hotel) Extra Cash *optional* To purchase t-shirts, souvenirs, etc. @ exhibits Attire Needed: FFA Jacket – Required! FFA Official Dress – Required in full! FFA Tie/Scarf (Must have your own!) Black Slacks/Black skirt (at least knee-length!) White collared button up shirt Black CLOSED toed shoes (girls- no embellishments) Girls- black pantyhose- bring SEVERAL pairs! Absolutely NO part of official dress will be loaned. Bathing suit Clothes to wear around hotel, etc. Clothes for dance and fun night- MUST be appropriate! (see below) Fun Night, Dance, and Concert Attire as stated by Texas FFA Females ? Proper casual attire ? Shirts may be sleeveless, but must cover the shoulder and back entirely ? Shirts must be of appropriate length and covering the entire stomach ? Pants, shorts, skirts, and dresses must be no higher than fingertip length ? No part of the attire may display indecent or improper messages or advertisements, i.e. alcohol, tobacco, or sexual references Males ? Proper casual attire ? Shirts MUST HAVE sleeves ? No part of the attire may display indecent or improper messages or advertisements, i.e. alcohol, tobacco, or sexual references FFA OFFICIAL DRESS WILL BE WORN EVERYDAY TO ALL THE SESSIONS TUESDAY THRU FRIDAY. IT WILL BE IMPORTANT FOR THESE INDIVIDUALS TO HAVE THE NECESSARY ATTIRE TO SUIT THIS NEED. REFUSAL OF OFFICIAL DRESS WILL RESULT IN TRIP HOME.
